Public Notice

With the significant increase in positive COVID cases, the Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors has decided to temporarily close our office to ensure the safety of the public and our staff.

We will continue to telework to provide services without interruptions via email and phone calls.

Our online application system will allow for online new and renewal applications including the ability to upload  all required documents for processing.

We will continue to receive payments by mail to the following address:

Methods of payments accepted are personal / company checks, cashiers checks or money order and must be paid to the order of the Treasurer of Guam.
