Due to the recent surge of positive cases of COVID and for the safety of the public and our staff, effective Monday, August 30, 2021, the Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors (PEALS Board), will be processing building permit reviews for clearance by appointment only.
 

With the significant increase in positive COVID cases, the Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors has decided to temporarily close our office to ensure the safety of the public and our staff.

The PE and SE exams, are administered via pencil-and-paper exams.

The Professional Engineers, Architects, and Land Surveyors (PEALS) Board Secretary & Treasurer, Mr. Cedric Q.T. Cruz, RA, reminds you that your annual registration with this Board will expire on APRIL 30, 2021, and become invalid after that date unless paid/renewed.  Please see the attached memo.
