Governor Lou Leon Guerrero signed Executive order 2020-14, relative to the declaration of pandemic condition of readiness (PCOR) 2 on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at 8 A.M.
In keeping with social distancing mandates our temporary office hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 12:00pm
During the above posted hours we will be receiving applications for new registrants seeking licensure on guam, renewal application, payments and permit reviews.
For registrants who have sent renewal applications/payments prior April 30, 2020 renewals are being processed accordingly. For registrants who were not able to submit applications/payment prior to the shut down, the peals board has allowed a 60 day extension for renewals.
We are actively working on sending out new and renewed registration cards/certificates by May 30, 2020 if not sooner.

The governor of guam has issued Executive order 2020-09 ordering the closure of all non-essential government agencies until ay 5, 2020 due to the covid19 pandemic.
The peals board will hold all applications for new registrants till further notice.
Renewals of expiring registration will be extended for 60 days from the expiry date April 30, 2020.
